Management toward an Organization of Educational Innovation

Abstract

The management toward an organization of educational innovation is a continuous process that begins with organizational planning and ends with the grouping of people who have duties to work together, in order to carry out activities assigned by the organization. This requires the guidelines for job placement and allocation within the organization for each individual to perform tasks in order to achieve the goals effectively. The management toward an organization of educational innovation comprises the following: (1) Organizational structure of educational innovation, which consists of 1.1) identifying organizational structure, 1.2) establishing the work groups for each project, 1.3) establishing a network for the exchange of collaborative learning, and 1.4) efficient communication inside the organization; (2) Focusing on strategic operations towards being an innovative organization, which consists of 2.1) focusing on personnel development toward being innovator, 2.2) improving team performance, 2.3) creating a work environment that encourages innovation, and 2.4) fostering a culture that promotes innovation.
