Digital Generation Influencing Service Transformation and New Venture’s Business for Health Care Center in Thailand

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the changes in health services influencing business reform in Thailand, 2) to study the changes in health services influencing the emergence of new health businesses for care centers. patients in Thailand, and 3) to model the relationship of health service change influencing patient care centers in Thailand. Bangkok and its vicinity A mixed study method was used. The population was the patient care center business group. A sample size of 400 samples was used using the Delphi technique. Based on the opinions of experts who predict future trends for the creation of new health businesses for patient care centers. The statistical analysis was the percentage of opinions, the mean, the median, and the interquartile range.
The study found that 1) changes in health services that have an influence on business reform in Thailand were found to involve 1.1) management 1.2) changes 1.3) infrastructure 1.4) society 1.5) economy and 1.6) Service users which causes changes in health services to influence the emergence of new health businesses for patient care centers in Thailand; 2) changes in health services influencing new health businesses for patient care centers in Thailand, found that the service provider had an effect on overall decision making at a high level ( = 4.06). There was a high level of opinions affecting service provider decisions in all aspects, sortable. as follows politeness Provider tenderness (
= 4.10) and service professionalism (
= 4.03). 3) The relationship model of health service change influencing patient care centers in Bangkok and its vicinity.
