Guidelines for Economic Learning Management Based on Computational Thinking to Promote Financial Literacy in High School Students

Abstract
The research article consisted of the following objectives: 1) to investigate the economic learning management based on computational thinking to promote financial literary in high school students; and 2) to propose investigate the economic learning management based on computational thinking to promote financial literary in high school students. The study used a qualitative research method, with data collected through a documentary method. Three high school economic teachers and two high school computational science teachers were interviewed as key informants. A semi-structured interview form was used as a research instrument. The obtained data were examined using content analysis, and a descriptive summary was created.
From the study, the following results are found: 1) The guidelines for economic learning management based on computational thinking refer to the integration of subjects and the process of problem analysis to achieve the guidelines for finding solutions step-by-step that can be correctly carried out by any human or computer. Computational thinking is therefore a process for solving problems in a variety of ways. This includes breaking down problems to solve complex problems or open-ended questions. Using computational thinking techniques makes it easier to understand complex problems. It can be considered a skill that is very useful in any field of study. It is a skill that is very useful in all fields of study and in every aspect of daily life, and it is not limited to thinking like a computer but is a human problem-solving process to command the computer to work and help humans solve problems as efficiently as desired; and 2) Following are the guidelines of innovation management for managing economic learning based on computational thinking to promote financial literacy in high school students: 2.1) Concerning the preparation of teachers' skills, teachers should prepare themselves and seek additional knowledge as it is new knowledge, 2.2) Regarding learning activities that should be integrated with student development activities. Activities should be organized that focus on basic personal financial differences and the use of simulations, 2.3) In terms of learning media and resources, a range of media and the utilization of applications should be used, and 2.4) In terms of measuring and evaluating performance, it is important to make an assessment based on one's own actual conditions.
