Guidelines of Management for Enhancing Private School to Learning Organization

Abstract

The objective of this research article was to study guidelines of management for enhancing private school to learning organization. The research method was separated into 3 steps: 1) study components of management for enhancing toward a learning organization from synthesizing relevant documents. The research tool was table of recording important points and then synthesize content grouping managerial components, 2) study guidelines of management for enhancing toward a learning organization from interviewing 3 experts, chosen by purposive selection. The research tool was interview form and content analysis was used to analyze data, 3) study guidelines of management for enhancing toward a learning organization from 3 organizations that are Best-Practices, chosen by purposive sampling. The research tool was interview form and content analysis was used to analyze data.


The research results revealed that guidelines of management for enhancing private school to learning organization had 6 factors as follows; 1) organizational strategy that aims to become a learning organization, 2) personnel are skilled and always eager to learn and improve themselves, 3) work system that supports innovation’s improvement and development, 4) evaluation to reflect the work and use it for continuous improvement, 5) organizational culture that supports learning and job development, and 6) technology to be used to work efficiently.
