The Guidelines of Learning Management in the New Normal of Wat Mai Krong Thong School under the Royal Patronage

Abstract
The objectives of this research article are as follows: 1) to investigate the conditions of learning management in the new normal era of Wat Mai Krong Thong School under the royal patronage; 2) to develop the learning management in the new normal era of Wat Mai Krong Thong School under the royal patronage; and 3) to propose the guidelines of learning management in the new normal era of Wat Mai Krong Thong School under the royal patronage. The study used a mixed-method research design, with a sample group consisting of 135 participants, including administrators and students. The research tool utilized were a questionnaire and a semi-structured interviews for the data collection. The statistical analysis was employed for the quantitative data analysis, including mean and standard deviation, and the content analysis for the qualitative data.
The research findings revealed that:
1) The overall conditions of learning management in the new normal era of Wat Mai Krong Thong School are at a high level. The areas with the highest level of implementation are curriculum development, followed by teaching management, instructional media, and assessment. 2) To improve learning management in the new normal era at Wat Mai Krong Thong School, it is necessary to update and tailor the curriculum to be relevant and suitable for students' needs. Training should be provided to teachers on instructional management and the production of instructional media that aligns with various teaching approaches, enabling teachers to effectively apply their knowledge to student development.; and 3) The guidelines for learning management in the new normal era at Wat Mai Krong Thong School included the need for curriculum adaptation and development, ensuring that teaching management aligns with the changing context. Diverse teaching and learning activities should be implemented, taking into account the individual differences among students. Additionally, procurement, acquisition, outsourcing, and production of technological media should be considered to support teaching and learning activities. Assessment and evaluation methods should be consistent with the learning styles and should encompass diverse formats.
