An Administrative Model Based on the King’s Philosophy to Improve the Quality of Students in Schools under Primary Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The research article aimed at developing an administrative model based on the king’s philosophy to improve the quality of students in schools under Primary Educational Service Area Office. The study was carried out in three phases as follows: 1) The first phase was an investigation into an administrative approach based on the king's philosophy through document synthesis and an administrative model based on the king's philosophy to increase student quality in schools. Five educational specialists were among the key informants; 2) The second phase was the development of an administrative model based on the king’s philosophy to improve student quality in schools by verifying the propriety of nine experts; and 3) The third phase involved an assessment of an administrative model based on the king's philosophy to improve student quality in schools, which was carried out by school administrators and heads of academic affairs from schools in the lower northern province, with a total of 362 persons chosen through stratified sampling. Mean and standard deviation were among the statistics used for data analysis.
From the study, the findings found as follows: 1) There are four administrative components based on the king’s philosophy in order to improve the quality of students in schools under Primary Educational Service Area Office as follows: (1) administrative principles based on the king’s philosophy, (2) administrative process based on the king’s philosophy, (3) school quality based on the king’s philosophy, and (4) success factors from an administration based on the king’s philosophy; 2) From developing an administrative model, an administrative model based on the king’s philosophy to improve student quality in schools was obtained; and (3) After assessing an administrative model for feasibility and utilization, the results revealed that feasibility is at a high level ( = 4.43), while utilization is at the highest level (
= 4.68).
