The Educational Management Model in the During COVID-19 Crisis: A Case Study of Chonburi Private Schools

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were to 1) determine the components of educational management model during covid – 19 crisis on a case study of private schools in Chonburi province; and 2) determine the propriety and feasibility of the educational management model during covid-19 crisis on a case study on private schools in Chonburi province. The samples were 21 educational experts, 109 school administrators and educators. Delphi technique was used for this research methodology which were selected by purposive random sampling. The instruments used in this research were Interview form and questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean ( ), standard deviation (S.D.), median (Mdn), and interquartile range (IR).
From the study, the results were found as follows: 1) The components of educational management model during covid -19 were the policy of school opening aspect, teachers development aspect, learning management aspect, and regulations during school opening aspect; and 2) The assessment results of the propriety and feasibility of the educational management model during covid-19 crisis were at the highest level ( = 4.78, S.D. = 0.03).
