Research and Development of Innovative Teaching to Raise the Quality of Production and Develop Teachers to the Future World

Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to create and find quality of learning models to promote innovative teaching skills, 2) to study innovative teaching skills after using the model. The Teaching Model was developed based on Joyce, Weil and Calhoun’s systematic approach. Samples used in this study were 150 pre-service teachers, selected by purposive selection. Data were analyzed by ANOVA.
The results of the research was that the Teaching Model to promote Innovative teaching skills consisted of 6 parts: 1) learning principles and theories, 2) objectives, 3) teaching process, 4) social system, 5) response principle and 6) support system. The teaching process consisted of four steps: 1) goal identification, 2) applying technology, 3) create innovation and 4) learning management. The results from the implementation of the Teaching model revealed that pre-service teachers’ innovative teaching skills had higher development at .05 level.
