Innovation Driven Process of Professional Learning Community for Small Schools and Remote Areas

Abstract
The research article consisted of the following objectives: 1) to create innovation driven process of professional learning community; 2) to apply innovation driven process of professional learning community with small and remote schools; and 3) to certify the innovation driven process of professional learning community. The study employed research and development method where a sample group was chosen by purposive sampling which included 7 small schools in Phetchabun, Phichit, and Nan Provinces. The model was certified by experts. The study's tools included a record form for a seminar on innovation creation, a workshop manual, a workshop assessment form, and a questionnaire.
From the study, the following results are found: 1) The innovation driven process of professional learning community for small and remote schools consists of 6 aspects: (1) management; (2) teacher and personnel development promotion; (3) learning environment and atmosphere; (4) collaborative leadership; (5) learning management and professional development; and (6) applying learning outcomes to improve student quality. The performance prior to development is at a high level, with a mean of 4.34 and a standard deviation of 0.61, while the performance after development is high, with a mean of 4.50 and a standard deviation of 0.59, indicating an increase of +0.13; 2) From applying innovation driven process of professional learning community with small and remote schools, the evaluation results are overall at a high level; and 3) From certifying the innovation driven process of professional learning community for small and remote schools, it is found that multiple constituents are of propriety, feasibility, utilization, and accuracy according to the theory, accounting for 100 percent.
