Cooperation Network Model in the Administration of Secondary Schools

Abstract

The research article consisted of the following objectives: 1) to investigate status and requirements of cooperation network in the administration of secondary schools; 2) to create cooperation network model in the administration of secondary schools; 3) to experiment cooperation network model in the administration of secondary schools; and 4) to assess cooperation network model in the administration of secondary schools. A sample group included 234 directors of secondary schools, who were chosen by purposive sampling. A target group included the following: 9 experts in the administration of cooperation network in secondary schools, who were chosen by purposive sampling; 50 persons from Sri Nakorn Ajcha Cluster 8 under Surin Secondary Educational Service Area Office, who were chosen by purposive sampling; 21 experts and relevant persons, who were chosen by purposive sampling. The tools used were a questionnaire, an interview form, and an assessment form. The statistics used were percentage, mean, and standard deviation. 


From the study, the following results are found: 1) The overall performance status of the cooperation network in secondary school administration is overall at a high level, with cooperation to develop teachers and personnel having a high level of mean; 2) The cooperation network model in the administration of secondary schools comprises 4 aspects which are (1) network to develop learning process, (2) network to make educational development plan, (3) network to develop teachers and personnel, and (4) network to support educational resources; 3) From experimenting cooperation network model in the administration of secondary schools, the result found to be overall at a high level, with the network improvement and development, and learning process development having the highest level of mean; and 4) From assessing the cooperation network model in the administration of secondary schools by experts in educational management, the model found to be of high propriety, feasibility, and utilization.
