Abstract

The objectives of this research paper are 1) to create a model for developing and raising the potential of researchers for the community of Phranakhon Rajabhat University and 2) to assess the results of the model for developing and raising the potential of researchers for the community of Phranakhon Rajabhat University. This research article is quasi-experimental research through activities to develop and enhance researchers' potential and participant observation during the workshop activities. The sample group used in the study was obtained using Voluntary Sampling with 24 people. The tools used for data collection were informal surveys and interviews.

The results showed that 1) A model for developing and raising the potential of researchers for the community was designed from the community researcher's potential assessment data and the literature review related to the research capacity development for Upstream, Midstream, and Downstream. And 2) as a result, the community researchers understand how to write research proposals, including a greater understanding of community-based research projects and community. As a result, the researchers can write a research proposal for 16 projects to improve the community's development, which has already been applied for funding.
