The Strategy of School Inheritance of Guangxi "Caidiao" Based on The Folk Learning Behavior

Abstract
The objectives of this research paper were 1) to study the continuation of the Guangxi Cai Diao musical in schools from the perspective of learning behavior of the villagers; 2) to propose strategies for continuation of the Cai Diao musical culture in schools. of the villagers This research is a qualitative research. The tools used for data collection were interview forms, questionnaires, and group discussions. The group of information providers are headmasters, teachers, students. the successor of the Cai Diao musical. Data analysis was done using the Content Analysis Technique.
The results showed that 1) The continuation of Cai Diao Guangxi in schools from the perspective of the learning behavior of the villagers is a cultural heritage that the Chinese culture, especially in Guangxi, and is valuable. There are four important historical and cultural methods of inheritance, namely 1) family inheritance methods. 2) Methods of continuation of folk activities 3) Methods of succession of teachers and students 4) Cai Diao Guangxi's way of continuation of school education 2) There are 2 strategies for continuation of the Cai Diao musical culture of the community and schools: 1) Cultural approaches from the context of post-modern culture mixed with traditional culture. 2) Practice guidelines by creating a post-modernist curriculum, students build an understanding of the world on the basis of both modern and traditional cultures.
