Guidelines of Development for Educational Management according to the Early Childhood Education Curriculum B.E. 2560 of Chonglom Suksun School Group under the Kamphaeng Phet Primary Education Service Area Office 1

Abstract
The objective of this research article is to: Study the current situation and management issues in early childhood education of the Chonglom Suk School Group. Find guidelines for the development of early childhood education management in the Chonglom Suk School Group. This research is a qualitative and quantitative study. The research population consisted of 48 administrators and teachers in the Chonglom Suk School Group, as well as 17 experts. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was performed using statistical software to calculate averages, standard deviations, frequency distributions, and rankings.
The research findings indicate that: The overall management of early childhood education in the Chonglom Suk School Group is rated highly in terms of academic aspects, with the highest average score in organizational management. In terms of budget management, the highest average score is in financial management. In terms of personnel management, the highest average score is in planning. The management issues identified in the study include academic management, such as teaching not aligning with the planned curriculum and not supporting students' learning progress. In budget management, the issues include a lack of budgetary provisions and a lack of monitoring of expenditure records. In personnel management, the issues include a lack of manpower planning and unclear assignment of responsibilities. In general management, the issues include a lack of work planning and motivation within the school. Recommendations for improving the management of early childhood education in the Chonglom Suk School Group include: Academic Management: Implement a systematic activity planning, establish effective communication between administrators, teachers, and parents. Budget Management: Conduct planning meetings to ensure alignment with the early childhood curriculum guidelines of the Buddhist era 2560. Personnel Management: Develop appropriate manpower planning according to job requirements and capabilities. General Management: Organize personnel based on skills and responsibilities to maximize work efficiency. These recommendations aim to enhance the overall effectiveness of the management practices in early childhood education.
