Abstract

The research article aimed at developing a distance learning management model with a Broad Caster program to develop speaking, reading, and writing skills in Thai language learning substance for 6th primary school students. The target group included one classroom of the 6th primary school students at Ban Pong Tabaek Border Patrol Police School, Chon Dan District, Phetchabun Province, who were chosen by purposive sampling. The tools used for the study included a distance learning management model with a Broad Caster program, an assessment form for a distance earning management with a Broad Caster program, a management plan for Thai language learning, Pre O-Net test, and lastly, manual for a distance learning management with a Broad Caster program. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, average, and standard deviation (S.D.).


From the study, the findings found that a distance learning management model with a Broad Caster program has achieved efficiency criteria of 87.78%, above the standard of 80/80. When the Thai language learning achievement from the Pre O-Net test is compared to the criteria, it is discovered that the posttest score is higher than that of the year B.E. 2560, while the national posttest score for speaking, reading, and writing Thai language is 12.03% higher than the pretest score.
