Educational Resource Management Affecting Academic Administration of School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 3

Abstract
The research article consisted of the following objectives: 1) to investigate the level of educational resource management of schools under the office of secondary educational service area 3; 2) to explore the level of academic administration of schools under the office of secondary educational service area 3; and 3) to study the educational resource management affecting academic administration of schools under the office of secondary educational service area 3. The study employed a quantitative research method by using questionnaires as a tool to collect data. The research sample consisted of 346 administrators and teachers from schools under secondary educational service area 3 during the academic year B.E. 2563. The statistics used to analyze data were percentage, mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
From the study, it is found as follows: 1) The management of educational resources is at a high level overall and in each of its aspects, as shown by the sequence from high to low of average: equipment management, personnel management, building management, and financial management; 2) The level of academic administration of schools under the office of secondary educational service area 3 is at a high level overall and in each of its aspects, as shown by the sequence from high to low of average: school curriculum development, research to develop educational quality, the development of media innovation technology and learning resource, the development of learning process based on school curriculum, measurement evaluation and transfer of academic performance, supervision within schools, the development of internal quality assurance system and educational standards; and 3) The educational resource management affects the academic administration as all parties are involved in predicting the academic management of schools under the office of secondary educational service area 3.
