A Factor Analysis of Learning and Innovation Skills for Primary Students in Schools Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in the Northeast

Abstract
The objective of this research was to analyze the factors of learning and innovation skills for primary students in schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in the Northeast. Document analysis, interview and analytic description were used as research methodology. Target group for interview were 9 experts. Research instruments were document analysis form, and fieldnotes of interviews. The obtained data were analyzed by content analysis.
The findings of the research were as follows: Factors of learning and innovation skills for primary students in schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission in the Northeast consisted of 3 main components: 1) Creativity and Innovation consisted of 3 subcomponents: Think creativity, Work creatively with others and Implement Innovations; 2) Critical Thinking and Problem Solving have 4 subcomponents: Data analysis in decision making, Problem solving, Efficient reasoning and Systematic Thinking; 3) Communication and Collaboration consisted of 3 subcomponents: Collaborating with others, Communicating clearly, and Using technology media.
