The Development of Human Resource Management Model of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy on Platform

Abstract
The purpose of this research article is to develop the human resource management model of Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy (CRMA) on platform. There are 4 stages of conducting research and development as follows: 1) To investigate document and plan personnel. The documents consisted of textbooks academic articles, and research studies related to the development of the human resource management. Forty-five sample documents were purposively selected, data analysis using the Content Analysis Conclusion (CAC) method. 2) To create human resource management model. The participants were sixty executives and personnel responsible for human resource management. The instruments consisted of questionnaire on the structure of human resource management model of CRMA with an IOC value greater than .05 3) To develop the human resource management model, the population referred to executives and people involved in human resource management work in the Academy. Seven representative samples are purposively selected using table of composition of human resources performance assessment model of CRMA. As for data collection, the researcher used the Focus Group method. With respect to data synthesis, the resolution summary method of group conversations was applied and was recorded using a platform. 4) To trial and evaluate the usage of the platform. The population samples were collected from the unit responsible for human resource management of CRMA of five faculties. The instruments used were human resource management platforms and a questionnaire used to evaluate the performance of the platform's usage.
The results showed that: The human resource management model consists of four processes: 1) recruitment and selection, with fifteen sub-components, thirty-fives KPI. 2) training and development, fourteen sub-components, twenty-fours KPI. 3) performance assessments, seven sub-components, seven KPI. and 4) compensation and benefits, twelve sub-elements, fourteen KPI. Results of the trial and evaluation of the usage of the platform with respect to performance, benefit, and design are “very reasonable”.
