The Management Model for Work Integrated Learning of School under Office of Vocational Education Commission

Abstract
The research article consisted of the following objectives: 1) to investigate the educational management approaches based on an integration of learning with work of schools under the office of vocational education community; 2) to create and examine the educational management model based on an integration of learning with work of schools under the office of vocational education community; and 3) to assess the utilization and feasibility of the educational management model based on an integration of learning with work of schools under the office of vocational education community. The study employed a qualitative research method. A sample group included experts who were chosen by purposive sampling. The tools used for data collection were open-ended questions. The obtained data were analyzed by audio transcription and content analysis.
From the study, the following results are found:
1) The educational management approaches based on an integration of learning with work of schools under the office of vocational education community consist of 5 components: (1) management; (2) administrative processes; (3) benefits of cooperation; (4) curriculum; and (5) instructional management.
2) The educational management model based on an integration of learning with work of schools under the office of vocational education community consists of 5 components: (1) management comprising 2 sub-components; (2) administrative processes comprising 3 sub-components; (3) benefits of cooperation comprising 2 sub-components; (4) curriculum comprising 2 sub-components; and (5) instructional management comprising 2 sub-components.
3) The educational management model has propriety at a high level and feasibility for implementation at a high level.
