Online Counseling Based on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to Promote Resilience Quotient for Undergraduate Students: Multiple Cases Study

Abstract

The purposes of this research study were: 1) to develop Online Counseling Based on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to Promote Resilience Quotient Plan and 2) to study the effects of Online Counseling Based on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to Promote Resilience Quotient for undergraduate students. This research was the qualitative research with multiple cases study. The instruments in this research were 1) Online Counseling Based on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy to promote Resilience Quotient Plan 2) Resilience Quotient Evaluation Form and 3) the structured - interview questions for participants’ experience in counseling service. The data were analyzed by relative change score and content analysis.   


The results stated that the participants had the relative gain score from Resilience Quotient Evaluation Form higher than before participate in online counseling service. Moreover, the participants reflected that Online Counseling Based on Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy could help them had more patient to face problem.
