A Causal Relationship Between Components of Innovative Leadership of Educational Administrators in Education 5.0 under Secondary Education Service Area Office in Central and Eastern Region

Abstract

The research article aimed to: 1) study the components of innovative leadership of educational administrators in education 5.0; 2) study the causal relationship between the components of innovative leadership of educational administrators in education 5.0, and          3) confirm the causal relationship between the components of innovative leadership of educational administrators in education 5.0 under the secondary education service area office  in the Central and Eastern Region. The research article was mixed methods research. The informants were as follow: 1) 8 experts and qualified persons; 2) 672 informants consist of educational administrators, teachers and innovation teachers; and 3) 12 experts consist of educational administrators, leadership experts, and innovation experts. The research instruments were semi-structured interview form, opinionnaire, and checklist form. The data was analyzed by exploratory components, causal relationship between the components, frequency, percentage, and content analysis.


The results of the research were as follows:


1. The components of innovative leadership of the administrators in education 5.0 as follows: 1) strategic management 2) innovation 5.0 3) personnel motivation 4) creative thinking 5) creating an atmosphere to promote innovative organizations 6) teamwork 7) communication 8) development of systematic thinking skills 9) leadership 10) vision 11) conflict management   12) situation management 13) performance 14) budget and 15) change management.


2. The relationship between the components of innovative leadership of the administrators in education 5.0 were consistent with the empirical data. (Chi-Square = 39.741, df = 28, P-value = 0.070, RMSEA = 0.024)


3. To verify the components of a causal relationship between components of innovative leadership administrators in education 5.0 found that the opinions of all experts and specialists were consistent with the relationships between the components that were appropriate, feasible, accurate, comprehensive, and useful.
