This includes the education that can respond to the needs of society, academic service for society, new human resource and budget management, the preservation of arts and culture that are appropriate for the time period, and technology management. Administrators should have a process for administering higher education institutions that includes researching current and future trends, identifying clear objectives, putting plans in place, examining and assessing, improving, and establishing standards.
