Classroom Management Strategy of Effecting the Students Quality for Primary Schools Under the Office of the Primary Education Service Area in the Northeastern Region

Abstract
This research consists of the following objectives; 1) to develop a classroom management strategy that affects quality of learners, 2) to examine the appropriateness of classroom management strategies affecting the quality of learners, and 3) to develop a user’s manual on classroom management strategies affecting the quality of learners primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of Primary Education Service Area in the Northeastern region. The study was based on a mixed methodology method, the samples of which were consisted 542 people. The research tools consisted of a semi-structured questionnaire, minutes of the meeting with a group of experts, and an assessment form on the suitability of the user’s manual. The statistics used in this research consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The results of the research can be concluded as follows; 1. The classroom management strategy affecting the quality of the learners in primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Primary Education Service Area in the Northeastern region, consisted of 4 strategies and 16 activities, as follows: 1) Strategies regarding the environment that facilitates learning which consists of 5 activities: 1.1 management of the physical environment, 1.2 management of the academic environment, 1.3 management of the social environment, 1.4 management of the psychological environment, and 1.5 management of the management environment. 2) Strategies promoting proactive, which consists of 3 activities: 2.1 promoting proactive learning fundamentals, 2.2 the use of proactive learning strategies, and 2.3 the use of teaching resources. 3) Strategies for enhancing leadership in teachers, which consists of 4 activities: 3.1 promoting professionalism, 3.2 promoting a good personality, 3.3 developing results-based achievements, and 3.4 the promotion of transformational leadership. 4) Strategies in classroom management participation, which consists of 4 activities: 4.1 participation in educational management, 4.2 participation in management, 4.3 participation in supervision and monitoring, and 4.4 participation in environmental development. 2. The strategies were found to be highly suitable for overall implementation. 3. Overall, the strategy manual was found to be appropriate at a high level.
