The research instruments were questionnaires, structured interview, model assessment form and model manual. The statistics used in the research were mean, standard deviation and content analysis.
The research findings were as follows: 1. Overall current state in using digital technology was at a high level ( = 3.91, S.D = 0.81). Overall problems in using digital technology was at a moderate level ( = 2.80, S.D = 0.82). The needs were found that there are needs to use digital technology, existing equipment and tools and social media in order to facilitate the development of operational processes in educational institutions to be modern and efficient. 2. The results of the creation of a model of using digital technology consist of 5 main compositions: 1) the principle of the model 2) the objective of the model 3) the procedure 4) the model assessment guidelines 5) the conditions for the success of the model. The procedure has 3 compositions: 1) planning on using digital technology 2) understanding creation on using digital technology 3) implementation on digital technology by conducting supervision in 4 aspects: 1) curriculum development and learning management process 2) preparation and use of the learning plan 3) educational media and innovation development and 4) educational measurement and evaluation development. 3.
