Enhancing the quality of learners by creating A Model of Professional Learning Community of Satree Wat Mahapruttaram Girls’ School under the Royal Patronage of her Majesty the Queen under The Secondary Education Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to: (1) to study composition the professional learning community, (2) to develop and practice a model of the professional learning community for improving students’ quality, (3) study the results of the implementation of a model of the professional learning community for improving students’ quality, and (4) evaluate a model of the professional learning community for improving students’ quality.
The findings were as follows: 1. The professional learning community comprised 8 factors and 69 variables and name the element were as follows: 1) learning for professional development 11 variables 2) participation unite team power 16 variables, 3) co-leadership 23 variables, 4) shared vision 4 variables, 5) setting the community administrative structure 3 variables, 6) begin a caring community 5 variables, 7) supervision of success 3 variables, and 8) reporting community management result 4 variables. 2. The model of the professional learning community for improving students’ quality comprised 8 factors were as follows. The results of the examination of the suitability of the model found that all experts have agreed that the model of the professional learning community for improving students’ quality of Satree Wat Mahapruttaram Girls’ School under the Royal Patronage of her Majesty the Queen under The Secondary Education Service Area Office 2 were appropriate. 3. Trial results a model of the professional learning community for improving students’ quality shown that learning achievements of secondary 1-6 students in 8 department subjects were increased all levels. Students had the average score of national basic test (O-NET) results ware increased and students receive prizes in provincial competitions Educational Area Level and country level.
4. The overall of the model of the professional learning community for improving students’ quality was at the high level, when it was considered, each aspect found that all aspects were at the high level. The descending order was as follows: the utility, the propriety, the accuracy, and the feasibility.
