Environmentally Friendly Product Management Model of Ban Na Ket Farm Women Community Enterprise, Khok Pho District Pattani Province

Abstract
The research article consisted of the following objectives: 1) to investigate the management context of eco-friendly products of community enterprise by Ban Na Ket Farming Women Group, Khok Pho District, Pattani Province; 2) to explore the management process of eco-friendly products of community enterprise by Ban Na Ket Farming Women Group, Khok Pho District, Pattani Province; 3) to investigate the management affecting the management process of eco-friendly products of community enterprise by Ban Na Ket Farming Women Group, Khok Pho District, Pattani Province; and 4) to analyze the guidelines for developing the management model of eco-friendly products of community enterprise by Ban Na Ket Farming Women Group, Khok Pho District, Pattani Province. The study used a mixed-methods research approach, with quantitative data obtained from 103 persons via questionnaires and qualitative data collected from 11 key informants via in-depth interviews.
From the study, it is found as follows: 1) The management of eco-friendly products is overall at a high level (= 4.11, S.D. = 0.36). The study according to the second objective found that the management process of eco-friendly products is overall at a high level ( = 4.11, S.D. = 0.36). 2) The results of a management factor analysis that affects the management process of eco-friendly products classified by SWOT analysis are generally divergent. When each aspect is considered, all aspects are different with a statistical significance of 0.05 level.
3) The guidelines for developing the management model of eco-friendly products of community enterprise by Ban Na Ket Farming Women Group, Khok Pho District, Pattani Province include the following: product development, distribution channels, and marketing promotion. All of these factors affect the enterprise in expanding business channels. The management process, SWOT analysis, and business environment still need development from external learning.
