Academic Administration Strategies of Small- Size Schools Under Buriram Educational Service Area Office

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to 1) create academic administration strategies. 2) implementation of academic administration strategies for Small-Size Schools. And 3) evaluate of suitability, possibility, and usefulness of strategies. Mixed methods designs were adopted. The table of Crazy and Morgan was used to determine the sample size. 196 participants. The experts were asked to create academic administration strategies, by Multi - Attribute Consensus Reaching (MACR). Target groups were 3 group, of 3 persons in each group and doctoral degree all of them got. The first is the policy maker group. The directors from Service Area Office, Group 2 was practitioner group as school administrator who has experience in managing a small academic administration strategies. Group 3 was academic group with experience in developing strategies, Collected data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research result found that: 1. Academic administration strategies. issues; divided into 14 strategies, with 46 measures. 2. The strategic constructions result to implement of 2 small size-schools; The result found that; 4,5, and 10 strategies were approach strategies, 1 and 2 strategies were Dissemination strategies and 3,6,7,8,9,11,12,13 and 14 strategies were corrective strategies. The strategies were practiced and modified into working, Team works, Promote management by using networking and participation. and adjustment of measurement and evaluation. The production and development of media that can be applied locally available materials to create value, knowledge and understanding, to strengthen the academic community that demonstrates participation, meeting the needs and importance of parents and communities. 3. The evaluation strategic that a feasibility at a high ( = 4.50, S.D.=0.52) suitability are at a higher level ( = 4.63, S.D.=0.48) and usefulness are at a high level. ( = 4.25, S.D.=0.55)
