Buddhist Academic Administration Model of School Administrators at Secondary Schools in Nakhon Sawan Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: (1) to study the academic administration status of school administrators at Secondary schools in Nakhon Sawan Province, (2) to make the Buddhist academic administration model of school administrators at Secondary schools in Nakhon Sawan Province, and (3) to evaluate the Buddhist academic administration model of school administrators at Secondary schools in Nakhon Sawan Province. This research applied Qualitative Research and Quantitative Research by the in-depth interview from 20 key informants with the Semi-structured Interviews, the focus group with 9 experts by using the focus group record and the content analysis technique for the data analysis, and evaluating the model from 15 key informants with the evaluation forms. The statistics used mean and standard deviation.
The research results were as follow:
1. The academic administration status of the school administrators consisted of 7 aspects: the teaching and learning management, the curriculum development, the learning process development, the educational media, innovation and technology development, the measurement, evaluation and transfer of school records, the educational supervision, and the internal quality assurance development and educational standards.
2. The Buddhist academic administration model of school administrators consisted of teaching and learning management, curriculum development, learning process development, educational media, innovation and technology development, measurement, evaluation and transfer of school records, educational supervision, and internal quality assurance development and educational standards that each model had 15 methods.
3. The evaluation of the Buddhist academic administration model of school administrators in 4 dimensions: the evaluation of correctness, appropriateness, practicality and utility showed that it was at the highest level.
