The Development of Curriculum for Enhancing the Local Leader Competencies in Becoming Peace Engineer for Building Peace in the Communities

Abstract
The objectives of this research article are as followed: 1) to develop the curriculum development for local leadership empowerment to be the peace engineer to create the peace in the community and 2) to evolute and introduce curriculum development for local leadership empowerment to be a peace engineer to create peace in the community. The research is the field qualitative research from 33 samples.
The research finds that 1. Local peace engineer is person who create the peace of community, makes the changing, participative, and has the skills of local peace engineer to develop the curriculum. 2) The self-discipline of life 3) To reinforce the community relations 4) Conflict Management 5) The communication to support the power of peace in community. 6) Network and find the shared values of community. 7) The support power of creative thinking in community. 8) Creating the network of strong community that has the curriculum which also has the flexible training, participative, sharing and do practical for developing the skills and evaluated from experiments. 2. It is the development of the changing leader that close to community and to have peaceful leadership, attitude to live together, to develop the communication skill in term of peace culture, learning community, creatively conflict management, to create the skills of supporter to follow and evaluate the achievements of peace community, the detail of open mind for opening the space of peace. 1. To start with power of thinking in term of peace culture 2. To communicate with peace culture. 3. To solve the conflict with creativity. 4. Community learns about peace culture 5. Supporter helps another one to create the peace community. Reflection on the peace culture towards the sustainability 6. Decoding of peaceful culture leads to sustainability Take into account the environmental context Manage learning to be proactive.
