Abstract

The objective of this dissertation was to present the instructional management direction of higher education institution in the next decade (B.E. 2563-2572). Research methods were future research. The research used the EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Future Research). There were 20 experts that contributed information to the research. The methodologies were divided into 7 steps: (1) Identifying the panel of experts. (2) Defined trends and create research tools. (3) Begin the first trial using the EDFR method by interviewing the 20 experts. (4) Collected and analysed data obtained from the first EDFR trial. (5) Conducted a second and third EDFR trial by using a questionnaire and attaching statistical feedback to find a consensus within the expert group. (6) Summarized the findings for the future research in instructional management direction of higher education institutions in the next decade (B.E. 2563-2572). The data was analyzed using median statistics and the quartile range. and (7) Summarize, suggest and present for further benefit.


From the study, it was found as follows: The instructional management direction of higher education intuitions in the next decade (B.E. 2563-2572) to the consensus (Median≥ 3.50, interquartile range≤1.50) the results of the research indicated that there will be a total of 70 trends, which were categorized into 6 main categories: Curriculum, instruction management, curriculum evaluation, teacher, student, and instructional support.
