A Study of Best Practices for Managing the ONESQA Network Center

Abstract
This research article aimed to develop the best practices for managing the ONESQA network centers. The study applied a mix-method approach between quantitative and qualitative researches. A sample group consisted of administrators and secretaries from 13 ONESQA network centers in total of 26 persons and 5 coordinators from ONESQA which were selected by purposive sampling. The instruments for collecting data were an interview form and, questionnaire with an index of consistency (IOC) of a value between 0.80-1.00. The statistics used for analysis were average, standard deviation (S.D.), and content analysis. The research results were found as follows: The best practices for managing the ONESQA network center consisted of the following 3 steps: The preparation step consisted of 5 aspects including personnel, budget, equipment materials, management, and Information and Communications Technology. The operation step consisted of 4 aspects including routine management, proactive operation, collaboration, and assignment job. The evaluation of the results of operation and development step consisted of 2 aspects including the evaluation of the results of operation and collaboration between the ONESQA network centers to improve the operational efficiency.
