Development of Factors Indicators and Evaluation form of Distributed Leadership of School Administrators under Primary Education Service Area office Nonthaburi Province

Abstract
The research article consisted of the following objectives: 1) to develop the factors and indicators of distributed leadership of school administrators under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office; 2) to examine the propriety and feasibility of factors and indicators of distributed leadership; 3) to develop the distributed leadership evaluation form; and 4) to experiment the distributed leadership evaluation form in order to verify its construct validity and the level of distributed leadership among school administrators. A sample group included 300 school administrators under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office who were chosen by multi-stage sampling. The tool used to collect data was a questionnaire with 5 point rating scale. The obtained data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA).
From the study, the following results are found: 1) Factor and indicators of distributed leadership of school administrators under Nonthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office consist of 4 factors and 15 indicators which are as follows: leadership practice has 4 indicators, teamwork culture has 4 indicators, shared vision has 3 indicators, and building motivation has 4 indicators; 2) All factors and indicators are of propriety and feasibility; 3) The distributed leadership evaluation form of school administrators features a 5-point rating scale and an inter-rater reliability coefficient of .920 among evaluators; and 4) The results of experimenting with the evaluation form revealed that factors and indicators have construct validity, and school administrators have distributed leadership at a moderate level.
