Organizational Capabilities on Environmental: Concepts, Definition and Guideline for Operational of Environment Sustainability of Certified Green Industry in Thailand

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to study "Organizational Capabilities on Environmental". This study uses methods of study and research from related research papers by classifying, compiling, summarizing essence, and analyzing contents. This study demonstrates that environmental organizational capabilities are intangible since they rely on what are available in the organization to formulate strategies to manage, administer, coordinate, control, promote environmental activities, and use the resources in the organization to achieve the desired results of the stakeholders. Additionally, the environmental organization capability factors consist of 1) the readiness of entrepreneurs comprising of context of the organization, organizational culture, organizational ethics, and leadership 2) management capabilities 3) stakeholder management capabilities 4) technical capabilities. All capabilities are the environmental operation guidelines for organizations to have sustainable environmental development, to build relationships with stakeholders, to have social responsibility, and to build a livable surrounding community.
