Research and Development of Medium Secondary School Academic Management Model under The Office of The Basic Education Commission

Abstract

This research aims to 1) study the conditions and needs of academic management of medium secondary schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC);


(2) to generate the model of Academic management 3) Examine the academic administration model (4) to examine the results of the trial using the academic administration model. The table of Crazy and Morganas used to determine the sample size. 452 participants who participated in this study were administrators and teachers from 251 schools of OBEC. The research instruments were questionnaires and assessments and sampling from the office of the 42 Secondary Educational Districts, 35% of the samples were assigned.  It is obtained using a simple random method.  Using a random number table form. Collected data were analyzed by using mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.


          The results revealed that; 1. The Medium High School Under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, there is academic management and academic management model. 2. Education Commission with 6 elements: 1) name of the pattern 2) principle and rationale of the pattern 3) the purpose of the pattern 4) the ten themes are (1.) aspects Development of internal quality assurance system (2.) Educational guidance (3.) Educational curriculum development (4.) Development of innovative media and technology for education (5.) Academic planning (6.) Supervision Study (7.) Research for Educational Quality Improvement (8.) Evaluation, Evaluation and Equation (9.) Learning Process Development (10.) Learning Resources Development 5) Guidelines to Practice 6) Success Conditions 3. The results of the expert assessment showed that the medium-sized secondary school academic administration under the OBEC was suitable at the highest level.  Academic is recognized, a total of 10 schools followed the essence of the academic administration model, the medium secondary school under the OBEC was significantly higher than the threshold level accepted .01 All items 4. Results of the use of the medium-sized academic administration model under the OBEC. There was an uncertain level of opinion after the use of the pattern, with a strongly agree opinion level, the comment level after using the pattern was higher than before using our model was statistically significant at the.  01
