A Development of Cooperative Education Management Model in the Field of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management Science, Phranakhon Rajabhat University

Abstract
The research article aimed at investigating the successful factors of cooperative education management and developing the cooperative education management model in the field of human resource management, faculty of management science, Phranakhon Rajabhat University. The study was conducted using a mixed-methods approach that included both quantitative and qualitative methods. A sample group for quantitative data collection consisted of 4 administrators, 66 lecturers of management science faculty, and enterprises where 80 students of the 5th year in the management science faculty per academic year 2562 joined as an intern, totaling 150 persons. The instrument for acquiring quantitative data was a questionnaire. The acquired data were analyzed by way of frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. A sample group for qualitative data collection comprised 15 experts on cooperative education who were selected by mean of purposive sampling. The instrument for acquiring qualitative data was semi-structured interview form and the acquired data were analyzed by content analysis and grouping.
From the study, the following results have been found: (1) The success factors of cooperative education management in the field of human resource management, faculty of management science, Phranakhon Rajabhat University, are at the highest level in both lecturer and enterprise aspects. On lecturer aspect has the mean of ( = 4.88), when each aspect is considered, it is found that on curriculum has the highest level of opinion (
= 4.95), followed by on students (
= 4.94). On enterprise aspect has the mean of (
= 4.79), when each aspect is considered, it is found that on students has the highest level of opinion (
= 4.84), followed by on enterprises (
= 4.81); (2) The cooperative education management model in the field of human resource management, faculty of management science, Phranakhon Rajabhat University comprises 6 main factors which are curriculum, the teaching and learning, students, lecturers, enterprises, and finance.
