The Implementation of National Policy to Eliminate the Worst Forms of Child Labour : In case of Migrant Child Labour

Abstract
The worst forms of child labour in Thailand at this actual time are definitely decreasing under the intense of inspect level by Thai government and raising the problem of disastrous forms of child labour into an urgent policy to be addressed. Because this problem does not only affect to the image of the country but also affect to domestic economic policy as well. Thai government emphasizes that the importance of guidelines for implementing policies with strategic goals are to keep people safe from human trafficking, and to solve the problem of the workers or persons who are not holding Thailand citizenship to be employee and get benefits under the law. By the main purpose of Thai government is to focus on protecting the target group-child and women, specially.
This article aims to describe the development of policies for the elimination of child labour in the worst forms of child labour in Thailand and around the world. Which led to policy-making to prevent the dire forms of child labor in the country and the implementation of the policy Including roles, duties and important aspects of the operation of the relevant departments through analysis and discussion in 3 part which are, protection, law enforcement, and protection and assistance to tackle the worst forms of child labour.
