Abstract

The objective of this research is to 1) analyze the internal and external factors of the business operation that affect the success of the waste recycling business, and 2) study the development of the management of the franchise business that affects to success. This research uses mixed methods. The sample group used in quantitative research consisted of 259 rights holders and participants. The sample size was determined by using the Yamane formula at the .05 level of error using simple random sampling. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyze the data with statistical software, find percentage, average, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Sample group used in qualitative research In-depth interviews of 20 people The results of the research are as follows: 1) factors affecting the success of the waste recycling franchise business case study company Waste Disposal Recycling Co., Ltd., consists of internal factors, personnel, marketing, organizational structure, business strategy, financial management and external factors, legal 2) guidelines for the development of franchise business that are successful, found that managing a franchise business successfully must focus on providing fast customer service has expanded the customer base and equal customer service Including the purchase of goods at a fair price. Providing equal consultation to clients. Creating an image of an organization that is friendly to society and the environment and strict compliance with government regulations.
