The Results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis of the Business Management Strategy Model of Entrepreneurs That Affect the Business Success of Day Spas in Bangkok Area

Abstract
The purpose of this research paper is to (1) Study current conditions and problems of business management strategy model of entrepreneurs that affect the business success of Day Spas in Bangkok area. (2) Analyze the confirmatory factors, the business management strategy model of entrepreneurs that affect the business success of Day Spas in Bangkok area. (3) To present the business management strategy of the entrepreneurs that affect the success of the Day Spa business in Bangkok and its vicinity is a blended research. The population used in this research are entrepreneurs, Day Spa business operator and executive in the position of manager or deputy manager including users in the Day Spa business establishments in Bangkok and surrounding areas, a total of 490 locations, specimens of the sample size according to the criteria of Harry and others. The number of samples in this research is 396 people using simple random methods. The tools used in the research were questionnaires, Assessment form and Program for analyzing confirmation factors. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of confirmation component analysis and structural equation model analysis. The results indicated that. (1) The results of the present study and management problems of the Day Spa business operators in Bangkok areas, found that all factors affecting the success of the day spa business. (2) Analysis of confirmation factors, business management strategies, and the factors affecting the success of the Day Spa business in Bangkok areas. Having statistical significance at .05 and .01 (3) The results of presenting the business management strategy model for entrepreneurs that affect the success of the Day Spa business in Bangkok areas comply with the empirical data at an acceptable level.
