Factors affecting the development management efficiency of the Social Security Office Ministry of Labour

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the level of administration of Development efficiency of the Social Security Office Development. 2) to study factors affecting the efficiency of administration of Development of the Social Security Office. Using question-naires as tools for collecting data from Personnel of the Social Security Office in Bangkok and metropolitan area, 400 samples. Using average statistics, standard deviation and analyzing structural equation models.
The results of the research showed that 1) The efficiency of administration of Development administration of the Social Security Office, the overall picture and each level are in a good level. Regarding the satisfaction of the interested parties better than other. Followed by effective communication and the quality of service. 2) Motivation factors, leadership factors, organizational factors, learning organization factors, affect the efficiency of the administration of Development of the Social Security Office. The results of this research can be used to set guidelines for policy making on the development of the Social Security Office to maximize efficiency.
