Abstract

The objectives of research as follows: 1. to study the effectiveness of monastic missionary administration of the monks in the Sangha Administrative Region, Region 9, 2. to study the factors influencing the effectiveness of the Sangha propaganda of the Sangha. The monks in the Sangha Administrative Region, Region 9 3. to establish and confirm the model of the Sangha Administration's effectiveness for the missionary propagation of the Sangha in the Sangha Region 9 using Mixed Method Research, divided into 3 steps to be 1) Studying from relevant documents and research 2) Studying factors influencing effectiveness of monastic missionary administration. From 11 experts in religious propagation 3) Creating and verifying patterns from the questionnaire, the sample consisted of 364 monks in the Sangha Administrative Region, Region 9, the statistics used for data analysis were percentage, range, quartile, mean, standard deviation. And component analysis The results of research were as follows: 1) The level of administrative effectiveness 2) Patterns of factors that influence management effectiveness When considering each aspect, it was found that they were found at a high level in all 8 aspects, with the average of the top 3 ranking, namely flexible organization. Continuous monitoring 3) Create and verify a model 1) The science and art of administration, 2) The continuous follow-up, 3) The strategic planning, 4) The professionalism and 5) The professionalism.
