The Results of the Learning Activities with Mindfulness and Concentration as a Base for Developing Executive Functions of Junior Secondary School Students at Phrommajaksangworn School, Lamphun Province

Abstract
The research article aimed at studying the posttest of the learning activities of learning activities with mindfulness and concentration as a base for developing executive functions of junior secondary school students. The study was a quasi-experimental research. A sample group included novices who were junior secondary school students at Phrommajaksangworn School and studying in the 2nd semester of the academic year 2562, in a total of 30 persons, with scores on the executive function test below the 50th percentile. The research instruments were learning activities with mindfulness and concentration as a base, the executive function test, learning record form, and a questionnaire asking students’ opinion. The results of the study found that the posttest of students on the executive function test is higher than that of the pretest with a statistical significance of .05. Most students have an understanding toward the executive functions. In addition, students also gain experience from attending activities that can be applied well in their daily lives.
