54 Leaders of Villages of Sufficient Economy Prototype with Attitude across the Poverty into moderate Level : Sabai-D E-Sarn

Abstract
The objective of this research was to study the attitude of governance to develop the villages as well as the participation in developing activities of areas including, the attitude about sufficient economy and King's Philosophy that makes everyone can across the poverty. To gather information by questionnaire and interview form to 54 Leaders of Villages of Sufficient Economy Prototype in 5 provinces that is; UdonThani Province, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Nong Khai, Bueng Kan and Loei The research results; found that Most of leaders who had career in agriculture, to have attitude to governance the most for developing in community. Include that, co-operate with government sector that can ask information, ways, budget, person, time, result etc. For participating of resourcing benefit in community appropriately and to be democracy high level. Although the leaders have participation in developing activities of areas to be brain storm with wisdom as well as to present the project, developing activities of villages to be public the most. The economic attitude and King's Philosophy should know home-grown vegetable, reduce all vices, make honest career. Furthermore, there are honest saving groups, Sufficient Economy Center in community, Staffs to transit knowledge, Waste Bank, Community Forest and Helping the poverty. Besides, It was found that Villages of Sufficient Economy Prototype had to be democracy. Believe in sufficient economy Philosophy. Everyone love and help together as well as make career by gather together, to share learning about farming. To use local wisdom and guardian of forest. The prototype that can make people to be without poverty is to make believable in the leaders who make working to local villages. “Leaders do before, Followers do the same because they believe in anyone successful.”
