The Community Based Tourism Management at Ban Hua Khua Kae Dam Subdistrict, Kae Dam District, Maha Sarakham Province

Abstract
The intention of the project is to study and develop the management of community based tourism through the participation of the community's members by; 1) Studying the requirements and potentiality of the community. 2) Searching for the identity of the community and analyzing data in order to identify tourist activities 3) Transferring and practising knowledge acquired. 4) Having activities of authentic Tourism by the community. From the study, Shower that is at Ban Hua Khua Kae Dam Subdistrict Kae Dam District Maha Sarakham Province is ready, and has potential to be able to manage and indentify tourist activities by theirown. they can manage the activity as a learning process for the benefit of visitors based on the sustainable of the environment social and cultural. The result of a survey questionnaire indicated under the community based tourism management has found that the tourists graded Ban Hua Khua at the high level ( = 4.29 ; S.D. = 0.63) as follows; Natural resources ( = 4.38 ; S.D. = 0.65) Organization( = 4.32 ; S.D. = 0.71) Management ( = 4.26 ; S.D. = 0.67) Learning ( = 4.20 ; S.D. = 0.75)
