Model to Drive of the Professional Learning Community Process

Abstract
The objectives of this research are as follows. 1) Develop PLC process driven model 2) Trial using PLC process driven model And 3) confirm the model of the process driven PLC. The samples can be selected by specific selection. Including 5th year students 3 educational institutions, consisting of Municipal school 1, Municipal School 2 And municipal school 3.The operation is divided into 2 activities. Activity 1 was 1) Collaboration between the university and the Faculty of Education 2) Propose the project to request support from the Teachers Council of Thailand. Activity 2 was 1) Organize a workshop 2) Supervision and follow-up work in 3 circles by the Teachers Council of Thailand, Supervisor and Mentor teacher. 3) Confirm the model of the process driven PLC. The statistics used are the average value. Percentage, Standard deviation and Content analysis. The results of the research showed that 1) Process driven model PLC developed the effect is at a high level. With mean ( = 4.49, S.D. = 0.48) process driven components PLC that results in achieving goals, consisting of PLC driving plans. PLC driven process, Supervision, monitoring evaluation and the performance report. 2) The overall experimentation of using the PLC process driven model was at the highest level mean ( = 4.57, S.D. = 0.28). The most aspect was the development of new knowledge until the highest level of innovation with average ( = 4.76, S.D. = 0.15). And the smallest aspect is the understanding of the professional learning community process through the information technology system was at a high level ( = 4.19, S.D. = 0.28). 3) Confirmation results of the process driven model PLC by referring to experts 5. Found that Plurality, suitable, possibility, helpful and the accurate 100 percent.
