Abstract

This research aimed (1) to study and analyze legal measures related to juvenile rehabilitation to prevent juvenile delinquency recidivism (2) to study the factors that influence delinquency recidivism of the juvenile and not juvenile recidivism after receiving training and training from the Juvenile Vocational Training Center 3) to study problems and obstacles and develop a guideline for the integration of collaboration between various departments in the judicial process and civil society, The research methodology was based on three qualitative research methods as follows; documents Analysis, In-depth Interviews and Focus Group, the key informants were personnel performing in various departments in the related justice process. They were selected by specific selection. The instrument for collecting data were the questionnaire for In-depth Interviews and focus group. The research results were found as follows; 1) Legal measures related to juvenile rehabilitation to prevent the action of juvenile delinquency released from juvenile training and training center the study indicated that there were many laws regarding juveniles in the country Include Juvenile and Family Court and Its Procedure Act, B.E. 2553. 2) Factors influencing the delinquency recidivism of juvenile were Family, Resilience, problems by not being given a chance, not accepted, not forgiving from the society and process factors were the process of remedy for juvenile rehabilitation. 3) Problem and obstacles to the performance of duties of various departments in the relevant judicial process and working with communities was the lack of personnel, the budget and guidelines for the integration of collaboration between various departments in the justice process and civil society in remedying and rehabilitating the juvenile including data transfer and data integration and Inheritance the care of the juvenile after releasing from The Juvenile Vocational Training Center.
