Developing of Community Store as Civil State Prototype for Encouraging Thailand 4.0

Abstract

The purposes of research to present the developing a prototype of civil state Community Store through Thailand 4.0. This applied research analysis with quantitative and qualitative data reveal with participatory action research. The research site has been the Marketing Training Center at Mu 2, Tambon Sompoi, Amphoe Rasi Salai, Sisaket Province based on with a practical seminar discussion with 35 entrepreneurs, digital technology practice with 12 entrepreneurs and a market testing with 50 entrepreneurs.


The results of research were found that the development of a prototype of community store model had to start with 4 steps as follows; 1) co-learning process development to promote by using POS applications, marketing products in the community, and offering opinions about problems and solutions. 2) The Guideline development of civil state Community Store had started from human development, motivation, welfare and marketing promotion and information. Important way was to develop store management application, which could help the inventory management (stock inventory), building trust, accuracy, fairness and fast convenience operation management. 3) Developing a prototype of community store model to drive with presenting a digital technology, “Community Store Application”, which greatly motives entrepreneurs to learn, practice, and understanding in warehouse management and marketing mix appropriately. 4) Developing a model of community store prototype evaluation from a market testing, customers were highly satisfied in community store model.
