An Analysis of the condition of disadvantaged children in the lower northern region 1

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to analyze the state of disadvantage child on the lower north of Thailand region 1. Qualitative research was deployed as research methodology and documentary research and focus group discussion as research techniques for data collection, selecting data providers from specific selection from 75 community leaders and non-formal education teachers who provided information. Conducted a focus group discussion interview by area 15 persons, 10 community leaders and 5 sub-district teachers, using semi-structured interviews as a tool for data collection. To bring the content analysis by collecting important issues and conclusions and presented in an analytic induction style. Which is the interpretation and conclusion of concrete data or visible phenomena Is an analysis and review of the information obtained from group discussions To be information about the condition of underprivileged children And cooperation to help disadvantaged children in the area In which the researcher recorded important issues While the group conversation And evaluated the data by 9 experts The result of study was found: the state of disadvantage children caused by family problems, economic problems, behavioral problems, health problems and the level of education of their parents that be the cause of disadvantages. But, the incompliance government policies that reliance to the child and their families, Social context and social environment were the main impact for the child that push them to be disadvantage children.
