Strategies for Dual Vocational Education System Management of Vocational Education Institutions under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission

Abstract
The research article consisted of the following objectives: 1) to study the components of the management of dual vocational education of vocational education institutions; 2) to study the current conditions and desirable states of the management of dual vocational education of vocational education institutions; and 3) to develop the strategies for the management of dual vocational education of vocational education institutions under the office of the vocational education commission. The study applied mix-methods research. A simple group consisted of 297 persons. The research instrument was a questionnaire with the reliability equal to 0.92. The statistics used were percentage, means, standard deviation (S.D.), and Priority Needs Index Modified (PNI Modified). The results of the research are found as follows: 1. There are 4 aspects to the components of strategies for the management of dual vocational education of vocational education institutions under the office of the vocational education commission which are 1) The cooperation between workplaces, 2) The learning and teaching management, 3) Supervision, and 4) Evaluation; 2. The current conditions of the management of dual vocational education of vocational education institutions under the office of the vocational education commission overall are found to be at a moderate level, while the desirable states of the management of dual vocational education of vocational education institutions under the office of the vocational education commission are found to be at the highest level; 3. There are 6 strategies for the management of dual vocational education of vocational education institutions under the office of the vocational education commission as follows: the 1st strategy on creating a network of cooperation between educational institutions and workplaces, the 2nd strategy on building relationship and coordinating for cooperation between educational institutions and workplaces, the 3rd strategy on increasing the efficiency of supervision on the management of dual vocational education, the 4th strategy on increasing the efficiency of supervision with modern technology, the 5th strategy on increasing the efficiency of the learning and teaching management based on the dual vocational education, and the 6th strategy on promoting the development of evaluation processes.
