Influences of Organizational Management Participation Knowledge Management and Evaluation that Affects the Efficient of Human Capital Management in the Installation of Telecommunication Systems

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study level of organizational management, participation, knowledge management, evaluation, and effectiveness of human capital management for the installation of telecommunication system 2) to study the influences of organizational management, participation, knowledge management, evaluation on the effectiveness of human capital management for the installation of telecommunication system, and 3) to study guidelines to enhance the effectiveness of human capital management for the installation of telecommunication system. The research was the mixed research method of quantitative and qualitative technique. The sample group, for quantitative technique, included 300 of business entrepreneurs. Sampling group was done with the proportional stratified sampling technique. Questionnaire was used for data collection. Data analysis was done by structure equation model. For qualitative technique, data collection was conducted with an in-depth interview with two groups of informants which were (1) managing director and deputy managers, entrepreneurs in Bangkok whom had been member of Employer Association Installed Thai Communication Network for at least 3 years, and (2) the management of public sector, academicians with special expertise, and chairman of employer association. A total of 14 informants was selected by purposive method and utilizing context information analysis.
The results of the research were found that 1) a high level of organizational management, participation, knowledge management, evaluation, and effectiveness of human capital management for the installation of telecommunication system, 2) organizational management, participation, knowledge management, evaluation, and effectiveness of human capital management for the installation of telecommunication system created effective motivation, and 3) the effectiveness of human capital management for the installation of telecommunication system can be enhanced by transferring information arithmetic series which was a sharing resource. Moreover, the findings revealed that it must be the integration systematically in every management level and distributing information for agencies in both public and private sector for the effectiveness of organizational management.
