The Study of Application for Education Selective Behavior of Undergraduate Students in Bangkok

Abstract

The purposes of this research are 1) to study the behavior of using application service for education of tertiary students in Bangkok 2) to compare the satisfaction with the services classified by demographic characteristics 3) to study the relationship between demographic characteristics and application service usage behaviors of higher education students in Bangkok the tools used in this study the researcher used the questionnaire. The questions are divided into 3 parts as follows: Part 1 Demographic data of the sample group Part 2 Data on the behavior of using application services for education of higher education students in Bangkok. Part 3 Information about satisfaction Service usage, including quality of teaching, content, knowledge received It is a closed-end question with 5 rating scales.


          The results shows that general information of respondents did not affect the behavior of using application services for education of undergraduate students in Bangkok. The study finds that age does not affect application usage behavior. Due to the age of generation both are at the same, it is not differing all the way. Education level does not affect the behavior of using the application service because of learning makes the learner think of the reasons to using any kind o application for education. Gender is also not affected to the behavior of using application services for education because every gender gives think highly of using the application for education. Monthly income does not affect the behavior of using the application because all applications are free of charge. Demographic characteristics do not correlate with the behavior of using application service for education. It could be assumed that the learners are at the same generation; they are studying as same as they would have the same behavior, causing behavior of students are in the same direction.
