RLR (Read Learn Run) Learning Innovation for Elementary Level in Bangkok in Order to Development Education to Thailand 4.0

Abstract
This research has a sample group used in this study consisting of students studying in educational institutions at primary education level and educational area of Bangkok. The researcher has specified 50 areas. The area of the researcher was collected in educational institutions in Bangkok, specifically selected in 2 areas, Nong Chok, Lat Krabang, for convenience in collecting data. The scope of the study duration, study duration in all 4 months, the instrument used in this study, the researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The questions are divided into 2 parts. Part 1 Demographic data of primary school students under the Bangkok Metropolis, namely gender, age, grade level It is a closed-ended question with only one answer from many answers. Part 2 Information that affects the behavior of elementary school students. Under Bangkok to do homework.
The results showed that the analysis of behavioral data of elementary school students in Bangkok Metropolis such as family institution, society, friends, game and communication, family institution, parents lacking attention to the work that their children receive. Most of the respondents have a low level of satisfaction. Ranked first 27 percent, followed by moderate satisfaction level 21.9 percent Next was the highest level of satisfaction, 19.9%. In terms of social, friends, friends who intend to study, do their homework, found that most of the sample groups have the highest level of satisfaction first, 24.1%. Next is the level of satisfaction. 22.7 percent of the respondents were satisfied with their help by reminding them of their assigned homework; found that most of the samples had the highest satisfaction level as the first. The next 23 percent are satisfied at 22.2 percent; Let's do homework after school, on line gaming and media communications, teaching interesting. Found that most of the samples groups are satisfied with 25% were following the highest level of satisfaction, 23% followed by the lowest level of satisfaction at 19.6%. Paying more attention to the game found that The majority of the sample group had the highest level of satisfaction at first, 26% per cent. Next was the low level of satisfaction, 23.3%, followed by a high level of 18.5%.
